Chop one or two onions into very small pieces. If you like, you can chop some green chillies along with the onion. Pound some grated coconut, garlic, chilli powder and turmeric powder and keep it ready.
Now, heat oil in a wok and sauté the onion. Break your eggs into this and mix. Then add the coconut mixture and a little bit of garam masala, if you like. Mix well and remove from the fire.
