Egg roast

This egg dish is prepared on a dosa tawa.

Chop green chillies and onion into very small pieces. Into egg that has been beaten well, add the chillies and onion, along with salt to taste. Spread it on the tawa like you would dosa batter. Remove the egg once it becomes crisp like a dosa.
