This dish is made with breadfruit mixed with grated coconut.
Skin a ripe breadfruit and chop it into small pieces. Make coconut milk with some of the grated coconut by mixing with water and squeezing the milk out. Keep aside.
Cook the breadfruit pieces with water. When it is done, add coconut milk and the rest of the grated coconut, and some salt. Keep on the fire till the mixture is dry. Now, add some coconut oil, mix and remove from the fire.
Best eaten when warm.
